Washout TOXINS from the body

Our body is a storehouse of several toxins that are produced inside our body, not that we consume them delierately, but our body several toxins on its own after the consumption of the food. Therefore a good care must be taken to maintain a good diet that produces least amount of toxins within the body.

Since our body produces a lots of toxins, they must be flushed out of the system and everyone must detoxify the body atleast once in a month to get the body rid of toxicity levels. The idea of fasting workouts well here.

One day that we must contribute to detoxification.On that particular day, a lot of liquid intake must be ensured. This flushes out the systems and makes the body free of toxins. This is important to keep oneself free from the diseases or any other sort of ailment. 

Washing out toxins from the body,gives a vigour to our body and routine. It gives a great sense and feeling of refreshment. It is a good habit to inculcate in one's schedule to flush out toxins from the body from time to time, which would keep one healthy and fit for a longer run in life.
